If I'm wearing a bodysuit, how can I go to the bathroom?
Maternity bodysuits should not be confused with maternity leotards.  Bodysuits are constructed with a durable set of snaps at the bottom, just like a baby's onesie.  Easy to undo, easy to redo!

Will I be able to reach the snaps when my belly is the size of a beach ball?
 Unlike a regular bodysuit, the snaps on the Bashful Bump Maternity Bodysuits have been moved toward the front of your body, a few inches below your belly. They are very easy to access for those frequent trips to the bathroom, just reach down, pull, and the snaps come undone. Reassembly is a piece of cake too as the forward snap placement prevents the need to tightly curl at the waist to reach high between your legs - a virtually impossible task late in pregnancy! And the snaps are low enough in front that you don't ever have to worry about them being seen.

Will I be able to feel the snaps while wearing my bodysuit?
No. The snaps are sewn onto the outside a soft cotton strip of fabric. They are positioned a few inches below your bump where the fabric sort of "hovers" as it stretches from your belly to between your legs. You won't even know they are there.

Are the bodysuits difficult to put on?
Not at all. Just like any other knit fabric, the bodysuits are soft and stretchy. You simply put it over your head, pull the soft elastic of the shelf bra below your bustline, and pull the fabric down over your belly. The "tail" of the bodysuit will be dangling behind you about mid-thigh level so you just lean forward, grab the "tail," and fasten the snaps. No struggling, no gymnastics. You'll never want to take them off!

What size should I order?
Bashful Bump Maternity Bodysuits are designed true to your pre-pregnancy size. Order what you normally wear and don't worry, the nylon/lycra fabric will stretch to accomdate all of you when you're nine months pregnant. If, however, you are expecting multiples, consider ordering a size larger.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We include a flat $8 fee for domestic UPS Ground Shipping.  For international orders, we use the United States Postal Service for $18.

What are the care instructions for my new bodysuit?

Your bodysuit will last you a very long time if taken care of properly... Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or iron your bodysuit.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you wish to return the bodysuit you purchased on our website, you may do so within 14 days for a full refund. Please send an email to amy@bashfulbump.com and we'll get the process started. Bodysuits must be unworn with tags still attached.
